It may just have been nostalgia for the glory days that  just after it became a larger beast in the early eighties (also in the depths of a recession deeper then the current one) all those who belonged to the Air Anglia fraternity stuck together and exalted the greater days of Air Anglia. It may have been an illusion, an image of youth or whatever, but everyone I have met who worked for Air Anglia has nothing but positive things to say about it. Perhaps others can comment on whether this is fact or illusion?1
